SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

1.1 Shipping Charges

You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase. We provide free shipping for orders above Rs.799.

1.2 Delivery Timelines

The estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days depending on the location's geographical constraints. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions may affect delivery times.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number details and the name of the courier company processing your order. You can also use the 'TRACK MY ORDER' feature 24 hours after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

1.5 Incorrect Address

Once the order has been placed, it means that your order is in our warehouse, and we are actively working to dispatch it. If your order has not yet been dispatched, feel free to contact our customer service team at contact.yourecipe@gmail.com as soon as possible to request address changes. Please be aware that, for security reasons, we will need you to answer a few security questions before any changes can be made to your order.
