CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1.1 Cancellation By Customer
Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at contact.yourecipe@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been processed by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 14 working days. Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.
1.2 Cancellation by Company
Organic Therapeutics reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or an invalid address provided in order details. If an order is cancelled by Organic Therapeutics, customers will be notified, and a refund will be processed within 14 working days.
Please note that a promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Organic Therapeutics.
2.1 Return Eligibility
Organic Therapeutics offers its customers a convenient return policy to address issues such as defective products, damaged packaging, or incorrect items being shipped. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used and/or the serial number has been tampered with.
2.2 How to Request a Return
Customers can initiate a return/exchange request for a product within 2 days of its delivery by contacting us at contact.yourecipe@gmail.com. To facilitate the request, an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time. Upon approval as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. The product should be returned in its original packaging, along with the original box, price tags, and invoice. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled or returned products will be processed based on the payment method used for the original transaction.
For an online mode of payment, the refund will be credited back to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, UPI, etc.) within 14 working days from the date of your request.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account details provided by the customer within 14 working days of initiating the refund request.
In the case of product replacement, once your request for a product replacement is approved, the new product will be dispatched and delivered to you within 14 working days.
